From December 10 to 11, the Green Sustainable Development Conference (2022) and the China-EU High-level Forum on Sustainable Development, co-sponsored by the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Society of Industrial Cooperation and Economics, were held in Taicang, Suzhou. Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, delivered video speeches, Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology, and Fang Wei, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, delivered keynote speeches. More than 40 high-level representatives from all walks of life in China and Europe, including Timmermans, Executive Vice President of the European Commission, and Fabius, former Prime Minister of France, attended the meeting. Mr. Wang Shoumo, Chairman of Hynn, was invited to attend the meeting as a signatory of the Carbon Neutralization National Innovation Demonstration Project.  

Implementation and action are the key and focus of achieving sustainable development and carbon neutrality

As an important part of the agenda, the China-EU Carbon Neutrality Innovation Cooperation Pilot Project was launched under the witness of the offcials of China and Europe. Twenty-eight innovative demonstration projects, including Hynn, held a signing ceremony on the spot. This batch of project partners covers 13 countries and regions, including China, the European Union, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Finland, covering regional development, industry application and innovation incubation.

As the pioneer of green low-carbon design of new energy equipment, Hynn has been successfully selected as the annual innovation demonstration project in research and development, application and large-scale commercial delivery of low-carbon intelligent factories. Combining with European industry standards and technical specifications, Hynn continue to increase R&D investment, make breakthroughs in key technologies of industrial energy saving and carbon reduction, and is committed to providing industry customers with the whole process of regulatory, quantifiable carbon accounting, carbon footprint, environmental impact assessment and other upgrading services to help the implementation of the "double carbon" strategic plan.

Yang Zijian, head of public policy at the China-EU Carbon Neutrality Cooperation Project Office, said that in order to launch these projects and bring together Chinese and European partners, we must not sit and talk, but promote cooperation on this practical project. In this way, a new model of all-round cooperation has been formed, and China and Europe have jointly promoted sustainable and green development in the whole region.

The convening of the Green Sustainable Development Conference demonstrates the historical mission of the international community to work together for win-win cooperation. China and the EU will join hands to build and share innovative models of green sustainable development through practical cooperation projects, and jointly solve the current problems of world economic transformation. We will work together to promote economic globalization in a more open, inclusive, inclusive, balanced and win-win direction.
